MR WOLF - MOUSSE BALLS REAR (MB-2000)

Mr. Wolf’s Mousse Balls are the link between versatility of an inner tube and the anti-puncture and performance features of a traditional mousse. Thanks to the innovative and patented segmented structure, it is possible to completely customize the firmness according to terrain conditions and rider preference. They are ready-to-ride from the very first minute with optimal performance without drilling. Mousse Balls are suitable for any brand or size of tire and offer easy mounting compared to a traditional mousse. Another benefit of the higher surface/volume ratio is the operating temperatures drop up to 33% which greatly improves durability.

Sizing: 150/70, 140/80, 130/90, 120/100, 110/100-18″,  OR  120/80-19″

Depending on the internal volume and carcass stiffness of the tire and what "PSI" feel desired will determine spacing of the balls. If you lube and load the balls with no spacing, it would tend to equal 16+ psi (more or less depending on how stiff or large the tire is), 1/2" gap 13-14 psi, 1" gap 10-12 psi, 1-1/2" gap 8-9 psi. How much life you get out of a set is greatly increased with the ability to be regenerated by adding additional balls, available separately (see 3-piece option).

** Due to variations between tire manufacturers and models, sizing recommendations can vary. An example would be a trials tire in a 120/90 that may have different internal volume than the same size motocross tire. Another example would be a 110/100 Michelin which tends to be a little smaller than a 110/100 Dunlop. If the tire seems to run smaller or larger for that size, many times adding or subtracting a ball will accommodate this, but the smaller MB-2001 may be a better fit than the larger MB-2000, especially if you are looking for a little softer “feel”. Please also note that rim width also affects internal volume and going down a size if the rim is narrower will allow for easier installation.
