Yoshimura RS-12 Slip-On for the new Suzuki V-Strom 800DE

Suzuki's V-Strom 800DE brings a brand new mid-size parallel twin platform to the adventure market in the form of a 776cc 270 degree crankshaft engine and a really comfortable cockpit.

Yoshimura utilized the RS-12 ADV muffler to develop a Street Series Works Finish slip-on for the new Suzuki to provide a nice tone for the new engine platform but also to help eliminate some weight and to give the V-Strom more power and torque for those off-road excursions. The RS-12 ADV is designed, engineered and developed to take on the rough trails of adventure riding. Spark arrestor sold separately.

The new V-Strom responded to the RS-12 ADV which gave the new Suzuki a shot in the arm with a 1.7% increase in HP and 1.6% increase in torque.

The New V-Strom comes with a custom-made, proprietary carbon fiber heat shield to protect against heat from the tail pipe and give the bike a real one-of-a-kind look. The RS-12 ADV also took off some weight 4.5 lbs. from stock. Now that's nothing to sneeze at!
